Am I doing everything right?

I am wondering approximately how long it will take me to lose about an inch of fat from my abdomen to reveal the abdominal muscles. I currently do 20 minutes of HIIT cardio training on a daily basis along with HIIT strength training three times a week. I also try to drink 16 cups of water a day along with 5 cups of green tea. I also eat 100% whole wheat bread when eating carbs. I also get about 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily as well, along with a muti vitamin in the morning. Just wondering if I am doing everything right and how long should it take to get into shape. I also try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
