Is this a good weight loss plan?

It sounds goo to me, but i suggest excising a bit more, like after you do your thirty minute workout take like a ten minute break and work out for thirty more minutes, also go for a jog for like 30 to 45 minutes and cut down on the turkey sausages and ham eat a fruit or salad you could try to call a 1800 number and order some work out equipment, hope this helps, and this my sound disgusting but try to lose some wait on the toilet if you know what i mean, sorry if that sounded rude or gross
