Lost no weight on my first week of Weight Watchers?

You're discouraged after a week! you're going to need more will power than that if you want to lose weight. You should not eat too many fruit a day. Some have a very high Sugar content. More veg is fine. Perhaps you will lose more in the second week. Check you are eating the right amounts as all the people I know that have done weight watchers have lost a lot in the first week.
