So I ate about 5 servings of potato chips, iced tea and a chicken burger from burger king. I'm planning on exercising for 1 and a half to burn some...will an hour and a half workout be enough to work some of the fats I just had? I workout daily and I'm a 16 years old 5'4.5 and 108 and looking to lose 5 pounds..I usually eat very healthy and exercise an hour a day..
