If I wanna lose weight should I eat before or after working out?
I personally DON'T eat after my work out.... but that is because i do it at like 7 or 8 pm ..... before bed etc... but no... you are not doing anything wrong. At first it won't seem like you are losing mush weight, but after like maybe a month or 2 weeks or something, it will start to melt away. Just keep doing what your doing, keep working, and DON'T give up! I'm been on my diet for a week now and like 2 days, and I haven't noticed much, but I've been told that once my body knows it's to be losing weight, it will start melting away the pounds.... but hey! 4 days.... remember the change doesn't happen over night. Of corse there will be change but not big change... so no, you are perfect, keep up the great work, Lots of luck to me and you!!!!
