How much running do I need to do a week to get abs?

Running won't give you any abs. If you want those muscles in your abdomen to be firmed do your sits more aim for a thousand times if yous Running is tor stamina development, for your lower abdomen do your reverse sit ups that is lift your legs and reach beyond your head while lying down and for your upper abdomen do your crunches, v-sits and bending forward and backwards.
