What are some really good crockpot recipes?

It needs to be really easy. minimal ingredients but maximum flavor. time isnt an option neither is money. we have both. but what are some reallllyyy great and reallllyy easy recipes for the slow cooker. it'd be especially nice if you can get a recipe that has a lot of servings. we have a big family!
