i bought creatine atp 2 days ago and it says on it mix thee scoops (61) grams with 1 cup (8 fl oz) of cold water for best results take right after workout, n it there is 25g of protein, 61g of carbs, 70 mg sodium, 84mg of potassium and 5g of creatine in 3 scoops 61 grams of servings, what should i do on loading days and what do i do on the weeks after? it says the container can do 10 servings?
