Game programmer career question?

Good day. to whom it may concern I am taking astrophysics, or physics as a Bachelor of Science starting in university next year. I planned on getting a minor in computer sciences. I know it might seem silly to ask, but can I become a game programmer after I get my undergraduate course as a physics honors, or astrophysics honors with my minor in computer sciences? I think I could seeing how the courses I am taking will be advanced in mathematics. Need some opinions. What do you know, think or suggest?
