Best physics universities in America/Canada?

Hi, I was wondering what the best universities are for astrophysics in America/Canada. Like I know of some of the ones in the big cities, but I hate huge cities, hot weather, and would prefer to stay away from places like California and New York. So, any suggestions of well rated physics universities in cold places where you can live on campus?
